Russell Griffin, VP of Research and Innovation for RQI Partners, presents the new Standard of Care in resuscitation for your staff. The RQI programs achieve this new standard through low-dose, high-frequency learning that can significantly increase the survival rates for in-hospital cardiac events.
Based in Dallas, Texas, RQI Partners is the service organization formed by the American Heart Association and Laerdal Medical to bring about a paradigm shift in the standard of care with respect to the performance of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation. RQI is committed to saving more lives by changing this standard.
Russell’s career in emergency medicine and resuscitation science has spanned over 25 years. For 18 years, he functioned as an advanced practice Flight Paramedic for CareFlite in the DFW Metroplex. In 2015, he coordinated the scientific evidence evaluation process for the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) in support of developing the AHA’s Guidelines on CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC).
