Q&A roundtable discussions are conducted by members of the community to provide opportunities for a small group discussion with subject matter experts.

There are 8 seats at the table for the 90-minute discussion.

Nursing is the largest segment of the healthcare workforce, and one of the greatest sources of innovation around patient-centered care, yet many technology efforts and organizations struggle to include nursing voices in their work. Join Ramona Ramadas from Forum Solutions, LLC, as she discusses including nurses in conversations about health care innovation.

Bio:

Ramona Ramadas' innovative solutions and thought leadership are driven by over a dozen years as a healthcare provider and leader, as well as an early, multi-year career working on award winning software solutions in the tech industry. Ramona frequently serves as a clinical advisor to organizations interested in whole-patient care and transformational team models. She is well-versed in Lean, Agile, and Design Thinking methodologies and draws on her deep experience and diverse methodology capabilities to deliver consumable and adoptable recommendations.

Ramona has a BSN from New York University, a BA in History from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Master's in Healthcare Innovation from Arizona State University. She has also completed a certificate in Product Management from the University of Washington. Ramona maintains active RN licensure in Washington State.
