Welcome in the spring and join us on a guided tour of the Skagit Valley Tulip Fields in Mt. Vernon Washington! 

Event Details

We will explore RoozenGaarde's tulip garden and learn about the country's largest flower bulb grower along with the role they play in the world production of tulips, the different varieties of tulips and the life of the tulip. We will then go for lunch at the Kiwanis Club annual Salmon barbeque. Afterward, we will check out the tulip fields and possibly do a little birdwatching. 
The price includes round trip transportation from Seattle (Greenlake Park & Ride) to Skagit Valley, light refreshments and tulip garden admission.
Wear warm jackets and proper footwear because we may be walking in muddy fields while exploring the rich history of tulip cultivation within this beautiful part of northern Washington.
