Description

Irrashaimase! It’s a warm Japanese greeting that welcomes you into our restaurant - at Hamanasu we strive to treat all of our guests like they are part of our Family. Since we opened our doors as a Teppanyaki restaurant in 1970, we’ve been here, with three goals. Serve great food, stay true to who and what we are, and treat our guests and employees like family. The Hamanasu is a type of Rose, and the official flower of the northernmost island in Japan, Hokkaido. Our founder grew up on that island in the city of Sapporo, and always loved the Rose and what it represents - true love and balance. And at a glance that’s what we do here each day, to honor his passion. Our true love is food, making sure we have fresh, flavorful ingredients and balancing those flavors and textures with a dining experience that feels like you are a part of our family. And each time you dine with us, you are! So relax and let us take care of you and your loved ones - get lost in the moment, catch up with your friends and family, and while you are at it, make some new friends. We’re here to guide you along the way - from recommending our favorite drink and food items to getting to know you so we can make this a memorable night - and don’t worry - like a good host, we’ll take care of the cooking and the cleaning! Arigato! The Hamanasu Family
