Description

BURGUNDIAN BISTRO IS THE IDEAL PLACE TO BASK IN THE PLEASURES OF THE PALATE AND EASE THE MIND. Our menu will satiate any appetite. Whether seeking brunch or dinner, lunch or just cocktails, our medley of indulgences invites you to stay for more. Burgundian Bistro has 22 rotating craft beers and ciders on draft, a refined selection of Whiskeys, Bourbons, Tequilas and Mezcals, and a list of house craft cocktails, as well as some classics, though our experienced bartenders are happy to make whatever our extensive bar can accommodate. Burgundian also features weekly specials such as $5 off Chicken and Waffles on Thursdays, as well as Power Hour Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 pm. We are open daily at 10 am, and the kitchen serves food until 11pm Sunday through Thursday, and midnight Friday and Saturday. The Burgundians were celebrated patrons of the arts in the fourteenth and fifteenth century. They held an extravagant court in what is modern day Brussels, although their abundant taste for architecture, music, fine art, fermentology and gastronomy was prevalent throughout Europe. In Belgium today, Burgundian is synonymous with one who indulges and delights in earthly pleasures, or to put it another way, “a taste for the good life”.
