Located in the heart of Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, Capitol Cider is a restaurant, bar and bottleshop that offers one of the country’s largest selections of hard ciders on tap and in bottles. Capitol Cider also offers an entirely gluten-free menu. The frequently-changing 30-handle tap is split between 20 ciders and 10 beers, and the cider bottle list includes more than 100 selections from Washington state, Montana, Oregon, California, British Columbia, England, France and Spain. Capitol Cider’s downstairs bar—The Ballast Bar—has a capacity of 190 and feeds all the senses with terrific food and drink, live music, art, board games, shuffleboard and a 91” big screen for the big games and current events.
We offer lunch Monday - Friday, Brunch Saturdays & Sundays, and dinner every night of the week. Happy Hours: Monday-Thursday 4pm-6pm, Sunday-Thursday 10pm-midnight, and a special Bivalves & Booze happy hour Friday 4pm-6pm.
