2019 HUG of the Pacific Northwest Regional Meeting
This region encompasses the states of Alaska, Oregon, Washington
Regardless of what region you are in, you are welcome to attend this meeting. Join us at this one-day learning event.
Join us at this one-day HUG event, where we will focus on learning how to clean up your database within HawkSoft CMS, to promote:
Accessible, accurate information for better customer service
Accurate reporting of premiums (for carriers, LOBs, producers, etc)
Evaluation of lead sources on new business written
Cross selling opportunities and reviews
Efficient client communications across multiple sources
Valuation of your book of business; and more…
The 2019 Regional Meetings are workshops aimed at doing real work in your agency's management system. You will leave with a major sense of accomplishment, taking the first steps toward accurate data and increased productivity within HawkSoft and your agency. Class size will be limited to maximize the learning experience.
This year's Regional Meetings will benefit your agency's database steward or those that are detailed oriented, with a good understanding of HawkSoft's reporting suite (Agency Intelligence, Sales & Retention, and Advanced Reports). Or those who want to become better with these tools. Attendees should be prepared to bring a computer with access to their HawkSoft database (HUG will provide a guide for setting this up to attendees).
In addition to the workshop of database clean up, HawkSoft will be in attendance to discuss HawkSoft Text Messaging and other exciting new features coming to their platform.
A HUG Regional Meeting is the best place to gather with your fellow insurance professionals to learn and improve. Learn tips and tricks, strategies for maintaining/cleaning your database, and new workflows for serving your customers.
Tentative Schedule:
9-10am – check in & coffee/pastries and visit with vendors & like time for laptop and remote access readiness
10am-11am – HawkSoft Text Messaging
11am-12pm – Database Clean up – let’s get started!
12-1pm – Lunch (and visit with Safeco)
1-3pm – Database Clean up – continued…
3-3:30pm – Q&A with Speakers & Wrap Up
