Appropriate danceable costumes encouraged! We are excited to see what you come up with.
Things not appropriate. Glitter, sumo suits, things with sharp edges, masks (other than for covid) or things that hamper proper sight.

We have several 'free' volunteer door shift tickets available for those who need more accessible pricing, or would like to help us out. All ticket sales will be online via eventbrite. No tickets sold at door.

If you are not feeling well or are sick, stay home and take care of yourself and others. Wash your hands and use hand sanitizer.
About the venue
If you have not danced at the greenwood masonic lodge before, you are in for a treat. The floor is amazing and the space is gorgeous with old world elegance. There is free, but limited, street parking and a bus stop is across from the venue.
Bring your water bottles to fill up in the kitchen.
Shoes & floor
No dance wax, baby powder, etc. Added to the floor and shoes are required. This helps keep the floor more consistent and feet safer.
Refunds
Refunds will be allowed up to 24 hours before the event. Request a refund for your ticket purchase through eventbrite.
Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, the organizer will send out an email to all ticket holders then issue refunds within 48 hours of the cancellation.
Contact tracing
We are using eventbrite for ticket sales, which collects emails. In the event we are notified someone has tested positive and for covid and may have exposed attendees within the timeframe of the dance, we will email attendees and the person who notified us will remain anonymous.
