Event Details
In this demonstration class, you’ll learn to prepare the ultimate strata with black forest ham, swiss chard and Guyère cheese. Recipes include an arugula salad with marinated sweet potatoes and roasted pecans; and bite-sized sticky toffee pudding. It's a brunch you'll want to serve again and again.
