Pine Lake Cellars and Dough Joy present a special Donut & Wine Pairing on Tuesday, February 14th - Valentine's Day - at Pine Lake Cellars in West Seattle!
Join us for a special wine tasting featuring 3 locally produced hand picked Pine Lake Cellars wines and 3 specialty Valentine's Day Themed donuts from Dough Joy!
The Evening:
There will be 3 seatings: one from 4:30p - 6:00p, one from 6:30p-8:00p, and one from 8:30p-10p. We've increased the time allotted for each seating from our last Donut Wine Pairing to provide everyone 1.5 hours to better enjoy the evening!
This is a community event, run by local businesses right here in West Seattle, and it's our goal to help create community with these types of events! You will likely be seated with other amazing people looking to have a fun, new experience as well!
We can't wait to see you for this festive evening! Rob, the owner of Pine Lake Cellars and host for the evening, will be on site to answer all your wine questions, and Sean and Christopher from Dough Joy will be there to host as well!

How to Get Tickets - 3 Options:
Single's Tickets: Ticket for one guest flying SOLO to celebrate Valentine's Day with others! Tasting of 3 hand picked wines & 3 specialty donuts. You'll be seated in a group setting outside in a covered gazebo or tent with firepit.
Indoor Tickets (1 ticket per person -couples purchase 2): Ticket for one guest coming with another guest - Tasting of 3 hand picked wines & 3 specialty donuts. You'll be seated together with you and your guest as long as you arrive together, possibly at a 2 person table or with other guests in a family style/festival style setup! Couples will need purchase 2 at one time, or arrive together, to be seated together.
Outdoor tickets (1 ticket per person - couples purchase 2): Tickets for one guest coming with another guest - Tasting of 3 hand picked wines & 3 specialty donuts. You'll be seated together with you and your guest as long as you arrive together, possibly at a 2 person table or with other guests in a family style/festival style setup! Couples will need to purchase 2 at one time, or arrive together, to be seated together.
Seating selection: Seating selection will be offered based on arrival time. We can guarantee seating in groups of two, however we cannot guarantee groups larger than 2+ will be all sat together. If you arrive SOLO, we will seat you with other "SOLOS" if possible. Of course, we'll accommodate as best as possible based on available seating.

Seating:
Seating is based on first come, first selection based on your PRE SELECTED ticket location of: Inside or Outside.
Outside seating includes: small heaters near tables, or group fire pits, one in front of Pine Lake Cellars and one in the rear. These will be primarily group seatings, with the exception of a few tables for 2. Again, first come, first selection.
Inside seating includes: a small selection of tables for 2, with additional tables seating 4, two larger tables of 6.
This event is NOT open to walk-ups. Pine Lake Cellars will be closed to the general public due to limited seating.

Weather:
This event will happen rain or shine. If catastrophic snow or ice preventing guests from attending, the event will be cancelled. (*never know what to plant for these days anymore!*). Those who select Outdoor seating, please be prepared for what will likely be a cold evening! Bundle up, bring a blanket, some hand warmers, whatever you feel comfortable doing! Luckily, a little wine will help too! ;)
Dinner @ BoxBar:
As a bonus, Box Bar in West Seattle (and next door to our event) is a 100% plant-based restaurant and will be open from 4p-9p as well! Walk ups only - no reservations @ Box Bar! Support these people and their staff - they're amazing!
Sweet Deals:
Pine Lake Cellars will be offering additional sales of glasses of wine, PLUS 10% off additional bottle purchases day-of (in addition to the donut and wine tasting) and are welcome to enjoy them during your reservation.

Children: We request that you do not bring children to this event due to the available amount of seating, and nature of the event.
Refunds: There are no refunds or changes available for this event. Please plan accordingly. Refunds will be provided if event is cancelled by hosts and credit/gift cards will be provided for future event(s) and/or business patronage if event cancelled due to force majeure.
Last note! Come prepared to taste, experience, and have a great time with other guests as you may be sat in a seating area with other guests, whether inside or outside, in festival style seating (around a fire pit, gazebo, etc.)!

About The Hosts
Pine Lake Cellars is a small, family owned winery handcrafting excellent wines from some of Washington State’s finest and most expressive vineyards. This event will take place at their beautiful tasting room at 5405 California Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98136. All Pine Lake Cellars' wine is vegan-friendly as well!
Dough Joy is a specialty donut shop offering handmade raised donuts that are all egg, dairy, and nut free. Dough Joy has a retail shop in Capitol Hill, and recently opened a shop in West Seattle's Alaska Junction at 4310 SW Oregon St.
Box Bar is one of Seattle's best plant-based restaurants, offering delicious made to order food, cocktails, tapped and canned wines, and a selection of micro brews.
