The UW Center for Leadership in Athletics challenges you to step up your coaching game with the ACCEL Sports Coaching Certificate! ACCEL is a practical, hands-on curriculum designed to give sport coaches the tools to foster a positive experience for their athletes, while simultaneously eliciting peak performance.
The program is derived from research findings from the Center’s Ambitious Coaching Project, our nationally recognized graduate program, and years of conducting training for local and national youth sport organizations. You will complete the Impact Series workshop, use video review and reflection for in-season video fieldwork, and take customized electives that help you refine your craft.
